Shipping and returns

Orders over $500 ship free by insured express service. Everything else ships fully insured at checkout rates. In-stock pieces leave the store within two business days; made-to-order and custom work takes three to four weeks.

Returns are accepted within 5 business days on unworn, unaltered pieces. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unworn, unaltered pieces. Custom and special-order work is final sale.

Bring your piece in any time for complimentary cleaning and inspection. Our bench handles sizing, retipping, stone tightening, and restoration in house, and we accept mail-in service for clients outside the area.
